Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience and maintain hygiene, safety, and effectiveness, please follow our Brazilian Wax guidelines: ✦ Come Clean Please arrive freshly showered or cleansed. Clean skin ensures a more sanitary and comfortable waxing experience. ✦ No Waxing During Your Period For hygiene and increased sensitivity reasons, we do not perform Brazilian waxes during menstruation. Please reschedule your appointment if your period starts unexpectedly. ✦ No Infections or Irritations If you have any active infections (e.g., yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, herpes outbreaks, or any unexplained irritation or open wounds**), we cannot perform the service. Your health and ours come first. ✦ Be On Time Arrive on time for your appointment. A late arrival may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, as we strive to stay on schedule for all clients. ✦ Exfoliate (But Not Right Before) Please gently exfoliate the area 24–48 hours before your appointment to help prevent ingrown hairs. Avoid exfoliating the day of your wax to prevent skin sensitivity. ✦ No Intimacy for 24 Hours Avoid sexual activity for at least 24 hours after waxing. The skin is more sensitive and vulnerable to irritation and bacteria during this time. ✦ Let It Grow Hair must be at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) to be waxed effectively. If it's shorter, please wait before booking. ✦ Age & Consent You must be 18 or older to receive a Brazilian wax, or 16+ with parental consent. ✦ No Tanning or Intense Activity Avoid tanning, swimming, hot tubs, saunas, and intense workouts for 24 hours post-wax to reduce the risk of irritation or infection. ✦ Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
