EmpowerHer Workshops

Empower Her is an engaging, trauma-informed workshop designed to uplift and empower girls and young women, particularly those growing up in communities impacted by instability, limited resources, and emotional stress. Through guided conversations and hands-on self-care activities, participants learn healthy skincare and hygiene habits while building confidence, positive self-talk, and self-awareness. The workshop creates a safe, affirming space to explore self-worth, beauty standards, and the influence of social media, all while emphasizing care for the skin, mind, and spirit.

 

Each session includes an interactive DIY activity, such as creating lip or hand scrubs, and concludes with a Self-Care Goody Bag to encourage continued practice at home. W Empower Her can be customized to meet the needs of your organization, whether serving women, girls, students, or mixed-age groups, making it a meaningful and flexible addition to schools, nonprofits, and community programs.
